Quality Control

Cibaria International, Inc. has a written quality management program which identifies and defines the policies and procedures for the operation and control of the site’s food safety and quality programs. The person with the responsibility for managing the overall program is Kathy Griset, company President and CEO. She does this with the help of Jose Rodriguez, Operations Manager; Josh Griset, Quality Control Manager and Charlotte Murphy, Compliance Manager as well as team members involved in managing the existing programs of HACCP and RECALL.

Each of our programs has a review period at least annually. These can be found in the individual books. Any time a change is proposed to any of our programs outside of this designated review period, the request for changes must be made in writing and approved prior to implementation. The approval must come from the individual or team overseeing that program.
