President and CEO
With Cibaria Since 1998
Kathy purchased Cibaria International (then called 'West Coast Olive Oil') in 1998, and the rest is history. Since that time, Kathy has led Cibaria on an exceptional journey of growth and expansion. Her commitment to the pursuit of great olive oils, seed oils, and vinegars has propelled Cibaria into phenomenal service in not only the wholesale/bulk markets, but also the retail and foodservice markets.
Vice President / Sales
With Cibaria Since 1998
Karen Moore currently serves as the main point of contact for many in-house sales for Cibaria. She also works with the President and Operations Manager to ensure the business processes and policies are efficient and up-to-date. Her creative outlook and eye for design aids Cibaria's marketing department in ad design, product development, and promotional materials. She works closely with marketing on projects, goals, and new initiatives
Operations Manager
With Cibaria Since 2001
Jose Rodriguez currently oversees the overall day-to-day operations at Cibaria which include policies, production, new projects, business process improvements, and equipment buying. He is responsible for Cibaria's operational policies, and works closely with the Production Manager and the Quality Assurance Manager to guarantee that all policies are being followed and maintained. Jose also serves as a liaison between the warehouse and management, as well as assisting the President with critical decision making.
Compliance Manager

Charlotte is an integral part of Cibaria's team, and is currently responsible for keeping Cibaria's policies and policy books current, as well as making sure that all policies are implemented and followed. She also maintains all company certifications including Organic, Kosher, and many others. Charlotte also acts as Cibaria's HR person, and is the main point of contact for new hires, in addition to being responsible for all hiring activity compliance.
Quality Assurance Manager
With Cibaria Since 1998
Josh oversees all incoming and outgoing products at Cibaria. He's also responsible for each incoming and outgoing product 's Certificate of Analysis, and closely inspects each product's quality through careful observation. Josh also works closely with the Operations Manager on implementing and updating company policies to ensure the best product and process possible, in addition to working on inventory and product labels.
Production Manager

Luis oversees Cibaria's warehouse as well as all of its employees and production. He looks out for the general welfare of warehouse employees, and makes sure all working policies are being followed. He plans and executes an efficient production schedule on a daily basis, and works with customer service to facilitate customer pick-up times. Luis is also responsible for running the warehouse in an efficient manner, to keep overhead low, and customer satisfaction high. He also oversees Cibaria's shipping and receiving, and ensures all pick-ups and deliveries are accurate and on time.
Marketing / Design

Terra currently acts as Cibaria's in-house web designer and marketing director. She is responsible for designing and maintaining Cibaria's websites, and is committed to making sure that every customer has an exceptional experience ordering from a Cibaria website. She also maintains all web technology for Cibaria including e-commerce platforms, custom modules, and third-party applications that better the company's workflow. Terra manages all of Cibaria's Social Media efforts, and is currently managing internet marketing and offline marketing efforts for Cibaria. She also serves as a main point of contact for most things computer and technology related at Cibaria.
Customer Service

If you happen to call Cibaria, LeeAnne will likely be your first point of contact. LeeAnne works with the production manager in scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, as well as in processing all orders made by phone, fax, and via Cibaria's websites. LeeAnne coordinates regular and rush orders in a friendly and accommodating manner. She is dedicated to making sure Cibaria's orders go out accurately and on time. She also serves as a main point of contact for many pricing inquiries.
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

Donna is responsible for all of the daily administrative and data entry requirements to keep the financial matters of Cibaria current and accurate. She currently acts as Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. She is responsible for all client payments being collected in a timely manner, and maintains broker information as well. She works closely with management to isolate billing and payment issues, and solve them in an efficient manner.
Warehouse and Production Team
Cibaria's experienced warehouse team is committed to bringing you fast and accurate service. They work under the Production Manager, and are responsible for not only making sure orders go out in a timely manner, but also for keeping Cibaria's warehouse a safe and code-compliant place to distribute Cibaria's fine oils. They work in conjunction with Quality Assurance to bring you consistently wonderful oils.
