i've been stocking up on some nice organic cooking ingredients and accessories, and this one happens to be one of my favorites. be sure to try the organic olive oil because that one is quite good too. since this is the first organic balsamic i have tried, i decided to give it 4 stars, since i have nothing to compare it to. it is very good though. definitely give it a try if you are looking for quality organic products.
