This vinegar really caught me by surprise. I had heard from a friend of mine that I just had to try Cibaria's traditional balsamic vinegar. She wasn't joking! This vinegar is amazing. The perfect blend of sweet and tart. Because it's a little thicker than most balsamics, it's amazing on salads, breads, and on pretty much anything and everything.
