Cibaria International has three options for you to receive your product:
1. PREPAID & ADD
a. Cibaria has discount rates arranged with several carriers and we are able to offer this discounted rate to you.
b. We will choose one of our carriers (the one that we have deemed most competitive for your area) to handle your delivery.
c. We will call the carrier when the shipment is ready and arrange for them to do the pick up at our facility.
d. We will bill you for the freight on your product invoice.
e. If you follow our “Damage Policy”, claims will be submitted by Cibaria to the carrier and credited to your account.
a. You choose your own carrier and arrange with them to pick up your freight. We will send you the pallet information (quantity and weight information when available) and you can then arrange with your carrier to make the pick-up.
b. You need to handle any damage claims with the carrier.
3. WILL CALL
a. On the day that your order is expected to be ready for pick up, simply arrive at our warehouse with your order number and payment.
