Kosher Tote Washing Program Details

Standard Wash: $37.50 / tote

Includes interior/exterior bottle wash and cage wash with 190 degrees F water at 3,500psi with a food grade degreaser. Interior drying with 100% no water residue guarantee**. Washing of both 6in lid and 2in bottom dust cap (if provided with tote). Recommended for in house storage applications.
Premium Wash: $42.50 / tote

Includes everything in the Standard Wash plus;

Inspection of metal cage and replacing bolts on legs and cross bars if needed. Apply pull tight seal on top and bottom caps (if provided with tote). Bright pink 4″ x 6″ Tote Handling Instructions label.
Gold Wash: $47.50 / tote

Includes everything in the Premium Wash plus;

Inspection of both top and bottom cap gaskets (if provided with tote) and replace if needed. *Up to 7 day free storage after washing is complete. Replace 2in dust cap if needed. Recommended for shipping applications.
Platinum Was: $90.00 / tote

This is our top of the line wash service. It includes everything in the Gold Wash plus;

Metal cage will be reconditioned to “ready to ship” condition. (If replacement is needed an additional $100.00 fee will apply). New 6in solid lid and 2nin dust cap.* Plus up to day free storage after washing is complete. Tote is guaranteed to be in “Like New” condition.

Terms and Conditions:

All totes must be food grade oils only. NO HAZ MATS OR SOLIDS. 24hr appointment in advance required for all Deliveries and Pick Ups. A report will be sent to customer prior to washing totes. Once ready, totes must be picked up within 48hrs (*except on Gold and Platinum Washes). Additional storage fees will apply at a rate of $1.00 per day per tote. Maximum 1gal residue oil per tote, a $3 charge for each additional gallon will apply. SDS on our Food Grade Degreaser available upon request. Prices are based on customer delivery and pick up to and from our facility. **Please note when totes are stored for extended periods of time especially outside, oil will solidify and some residue will result.
