Not sure how to sell lemon olive oil? Let your customers taste it first.

💡 Staff tip:

Offer small bites: bread, cookies, or brownie squares
Pair with a little signage: ‘Tasting Idea: Bright, versatile, delicious’
Describe the flavor: ‘A fresh, citrusy finish perfect for desserts or finishing dishes.’

Simple tasting setups like this give your customers confidence to buy premium products, and your team a repeatable sales tool.

The fastest way to communicate value? Let them taste it.

In-store tastings remove hesitation, build confidence, and turn curiosity into connection. When customers experience texture, aroma, and finish for themselves, the conversation shifts from price to preference.

A simple demo goes a long way:

5-Minute Pasta Tasting
Ingredienets: Warm pasta, 2–3 tablespoons quality olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan, pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper

Toss while warm, finish with cheese and salt, and serve immediately.

Five ingredients. One bite. Clear value.

Your customers might hesitate when they see a premium olive oil — here’s how to turn that into a sale:

1️⃣ Highlight flavor & freshness: early harvest oils are bold, fragrant, and full of polyphenols.
2️⃣ Explain how to use it: a drizzle on bread, roasted veggies, or as a finishing touch.
3️⃣ Show them it’s worth every drop: less is more, flavor is intense.

Pro tip for your team: Demonstrate a small tasting on a piece of bread — it’s easier for customers to say yes when they taste the difference.

Customers don’t just see quality — they feel it. The way the oil catches the light. The way it coats every bite without weighing it down. The aroma that rises before the first forkful.

Texture tells the story before price ever does.

Make your staff the experts your customers trust.

💡 Quick tip: When a customer hesitates, focus on freshness, flavor, and versatility.

Freshness: highlight harvest dates
Flavor: describe tasting notes (fruity, peppery, buttery)
Versatility: perfect for bread, salads, or finishing a dish

📌 Display idea: pair the bottle with a small tasting plate and a simple sign: ‘Try Me - Flavor First!’

Teaching your team this small script helps your customers buy confidently and keeps them coming back. #cibariainternational

A premium oil should earn its place next to the stove — not hide in the cabinet.

If it can’t handle weeknight vegetables, Sunday eggs, and a quick pan of pasta, it’s not doing its job. Customers will love this.

When sourcing is intentional, the result doesn’t need embellishment. Every harvest, every press, every bottle reflects care from origin to table.

Use it thoughtfully. Taste the difference.
