We are experiencing long lead times primarily due to the state of the world’s supply chain and products & services demand, we are trying to improve this in every way possible, one of which is to use our time wisely. With that, we are implementing an on the dock/pallet re-configuration policy which states if the order has been palletized and on the dock, then we cannot reconfigure the pallet. This is an interruption to our team and not only takes additional time to re-configure the customers’ pallet but it also prohibits our team from packing an additional customers’ order.
If the customer truly wishes to not have a product, they can return it, once it’s been delivered but will incur a 15% restocking fee. We ask that all of our customers place orders for products that they plan to purchase and use prior to placing the order.
